Tallahassee Region A.A.C.A. Turns 50!
The Tallahassee Region AACA (TRAACA) is a Regional club chartered by the AACA National Organization. Our club was established on February 27 1973. On May 20th 2023, our club gathered at the Tallahassee Antique Automobile Museum to celebrate our 50th anniversary as a club. We had pictures taken with the oldest car there, a 1900 Snell. We had several of our founding members in attendance, John Wells, Joe Wells, and DeVoe Moore. We had 42 of our members present for the group picture. After the pictures were taken, Devoe Moore encouraged the members tour his two story museum that houses not only cars, but diecast cars, pianos, and the original Batmobiles. Thanks Devoe! It was enjoyable. As a club chartered to the Antique Automobile Club of America, we fully support the goals of the Club. Our members have cars that are 25 years or older. This includes cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, and motorcycles in original or restored condition. Our members have a wide variety of classic vehicles, and enjoy driving them. The club’s participation in Tours, National events, local shows etc. is enjoyed by many.
